The journal is meant to be an altar, but with immediate access. You can write in your journal and vent, talk to God, and put it all in writing. We all need a place where we can vent, be our authentic selves and say what's on our mind. We will have low moments, but it's about what we do in those low moments. Spend time in God's word. Pray. Worship. Write.

When he tells you to move, you MOVE. Do not take instruction from anyone, but GOD.
